This contest (the “Contest”) is brought to you by HALABI NUTS (the “Organizer”). By participating in this Contest, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). This Contest is only valid in participating countries, which are UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, and Oman (herein referred to together as “Participating Countries” and/or individually as “Participating Country”). Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms, without any prior notice and/or liability.

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

The Contest is open t

 

1. All legal residents or individuals situated in one of the Participating Countries; and
2. Of legal age as applicable in the Participating Country.

 

With the exclusion of employees of Organizer and their immediate family members (“Participant(s)”).

 

To enter into the Contest, the purchase of a customized special Halabi pack (the “Special Halabi Pack”) and internet access are required.

 

Only entries via the microsite as described in the below process will be accepted.

 

CONTEST PERIOD

 

The Contest is open from 1^st of September 2022 until the full quantity of special packs are depleted/ sold (“Contest Period”). Entries can be made between 00:01 and 23:59 GST each day during the Contest Period. The Organizer may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever, without the need of any further notice.

 

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

 

To participate in the Contest, the Participant must follow the steps as detailed herein below:

 

1. Meet the eligibility requirement as per these Terms;
2. Purchase a Special Halabi Pack;
3. The Special Halabi Pack will include a card containing a QR code and a unique serial number (the “Card”);
4. Scan the QR code available on the Card;
5. Visit the microsite displayed by the QR code (the “Website”);
6. On the Website:

1. Enter the unique serial number that appears on the Card. This entry must be made before 23:59 on the closing competition date as any entries made after this date and time will not be valid;
2. Enter contact details as required, inter alia, full name, address and email; and
3. Once submitted, Participant will be given the opportunity to play for a chance to win an instant gift (“Instant Gift”);

Organizer is not responsible for mistypes and incorrect information that has been entered by Participant. Only correct entries that have followed the instructions will be accepted. For the avoidance of doubt, spelling mistakes will be disqualified.

7. Participant is limited to a single entry per serial number during the Contest Period. Any additional entries will be invalid. 

 

PRIZES

 

Participants are eligible to win the following prizes:

 

1. Instant Gift: (i) Tablet; (ii) Mobile Phone; (iii) Bluetooth Speaker; (iv) Surround system; and (v) 55-inch TV. Only five to 10 (5-10) winners will be named (directly on the Website) per each participating country.
2. Once the winner wins an instant gift, he will be contacted within 5 working days and will receive a gift within 2 weeks

 

RULES

 

1. Each Card can only be used once to get a chance to win the Instant Gift;

 

2. Participants can only win one (1) Instant Gift;

 

3. Prizes are awarded randomly and cannot be swapped, exchanged, returned nor be transferred whether in whole or in part; and

 

4. Participant must retain the Card containing the winning unique serial number as it may be required for validation process, including the invoice of the Special Halabi pack to receive the prize.

 

No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except in the event of circumstances outside of its control, Organizer reserves the right to substitute a similar price of equal value at Organizer’s discretion.

 

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

 

Winning Participant of any of the prizes (the “Winner(s)”) will be contacted by email or via phone call.

 

Participant have forty (40) working days from first contact to respond with personal details for prize fulfilment. Failure to respond in this way may result in the Participant’s disqualification and the prize awarded to a reserve Participant selected in the same manner.

 

It is the responsibility of the Winner to supply the correct personal information to claim the prize. Organizer will not be liable for the non-delivery of the prize caused by the provision of wrong information.

 

Any relevant taxes that are required to be paid in order to claim the prize is the responsibility of the Winner.

Winner(s) may be required to take part in publicity with no recompense.

 

The Winner(s) agrees to allow the Organizer to use their surname and country of residence to announce the Winner(s) of the Contest and perform delivery of its duties thereto.

 

PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

 

Organizer’s Contest and any intellectual property rights arising thereto (including, the content of the Website) are and will remain Organizer’s exclusive property. No part thereof may be copies, altered, duplicated, reproduced, transmitted or sold in any way.

 

DISCLAIMER; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION

 

This Contest, Website and ancillary services related thereto are provided on “as is” basis without any implied warranties of any kind. No responsibility can be sustained by Organizer for entries or claims which are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.

 

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Organizer, nor his respective parent, affiliated companies, or subsidiaries, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Contest and use of any prize.

 

Participant hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless (including our respective parent, affiliated companies, or subsidiaries) from any claim, loss, damages arising out of or related to this Contest and use of any prize.

 

DATA PROTECTION

 

Organizer will only use the personal details supplied by the Participant for purposes of this Contest. Participant’s personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the relevant Participating Country’s data protection legislation. By participating in the Contest, Participant agree to the use of his personal data for announcement on the Organizer’s social media channels and communication related to the Contest.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

Participant acknowledges that Organizer’s decision is final with regard to all Contest matters.

 

By participating in the Contest, Participant accept these Terms and is bound by all the rules in full.

 

Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any Participant that it regards as being in breach of or defrauding these Terms or the spirit of the Contest.

 

Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest or the following Terms, at any stage, without incurring any liability.

 

The Contest is governed by the law of the relevant participating country and Participant is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country where Participant reside in.

 

Participant acknowledges and agrees that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials, the Terms shall prevail. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and by entering this Contest Participant is deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms.
